1. About His Kingdom Table

His Kingdom Table is an online marketplace where independent creators may offer Christian, educational, homeschool, Bible study, devotional, and related digital resources for purchase or download.

His Kingdom Table provides the marketplace technology and services that help connect creators and buyers. Unless otherwise stated, the digital resources offered by creators are created and supplied by independent sellers.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or allow unauthorized access to your account.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use His Kingdom Table only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian when required by applicable law.

Creator or seller accounts involving listing credits, marketplace payments, payouts, or Stripe connected accounts may be subject to additional age, identity, banking, tax, and eligibility requirements imposed by His Kingdom Table, Stripe, or applicable law.

3. Marketplace Purchases

Buyers may purchase digital resources offered through His Kingdom Table. Prices and other purchase details will be displayed before checkout.

Purchases are processed using Stripe or other payment services that His Kingdom Table may use from time to time. By submitting a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

Access to purchased digital resources may be provided through your His Kingdom Table account, secure download links, or another delivery method made available by the marketplace.

4. Digital Product License

Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, purchasing a digital resource gives the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that resource for personal, household, classroom, ministry, church, or other purposes allowed by the resource's listing or creator license.

Purchasing a digital resource does not transfer ownership of the creator's copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Buyers may not resell, redistribute, upload, copy for unauthorized distribution, sublicense, or otherwise make purchased resources available to others except when specifically permitted by the creator's license or applicable law.

5. Creators and Sellers

Creators are responsible for the resources they upload, publish, and sell through His Kingdom Table. Creators must have the rights or permissions necessary to offer all content included in their listings.

Creators may be subject to additional terms regarding prepaid listing credits, marketplace commissions, payouts, refunds, chargebacks, prohibited content, intellectual property, and Stripe Connect. These requirements are described in the Seller & Creator Agreement.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use His Kingdom Table to:

• Upload, sell, or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or material designed to damage systems.
• Commit fraud, deception, payment abuse, or other unlawful activity.
• Attempt to bypass marketplace fees, payment systems, or security controls.
• Misrepresent a product, creator identity, purchase, or transaction.
• Sell products or services prohibited by Stripe or applicable law.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully harm another person.

His Kingdom Table may remove listings, limit access, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action when we believe these Terms, marketplace rules, payment requirements, or applicable laws have been violated.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of the intellectual property rights they hold in resources they upload to His Kingdom Table.

By publishing content on His Kingdom Table, creators grant the marketplace the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, display, store, promote, process, deliver, and make the listing or resource available as part of operating the marketplace.

The His Kingdom Table name, website design, branding, original website content, and marketplace technology may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refund requests for digital products are subject to the His Kingdom Table Digital Product Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Payment disputes and chargebacks may also be subject to rules imposed by payment networks and Stripe.

9. Listing Credits, Marketplace Fees, and Payouts

His Kingdom Table does not require creators to pay a monthly subscription fee. Instead, creators purchase prepaid listing credits to publish resources in the marketplace. One listing credit is required for the first publication of a resource. Republishing the same resource does not require another credit.

His Kingdom Table retains a 25% marketplace commission on each completed resource sale. The creator receives 75% of the sale price before applicable payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and other permitted adjustments. Listing-credit prices are displayed before purchase.

Seller payouts may be processed through Stripe Connect and may be subject to Stripe's onboarding, verification, banking, tax, reserve, payout, dispute, and compliance requirements.

10. Third-Party Services

His Kingdom Table relies on third-party services that may include Stripe, Stripe Connect, Supabase, Vercel, and other hosting, authentication, storage, payment, security, or infrastructure providers.

Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.

11. Availability of the Service

We work to keep His Kingdom Table available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee that the website or every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features when reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or operate the marketplace.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

His Kingdom Table may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or listings when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, respond to legal or payment requirements, enforce marketplace rules, or address violations of these Terms.

Certain records may remain after account closure when necessary for purchases, downloads, financial records, legal compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, or other legitimate business purposes.

13. Disclaimers

His Kingdom Table provides a marketplace for independent creators and buyers. We do not guarantee that every creator resource will meet every buyer's individual needs or expectations.

Educational, devotional, religious, homeschool, or other resources made available through the marketplace are provided for the purposes described in their listings and should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice unless clearly provided by a properly qualified professional acting within the scope of that profession.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, His Kingdom Table will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the marketplace, third-party services, or creator-provided resources.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as His Kingdom Table grows or as our marketplace, technology, policies, payment services, or legal obligations change.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of His Kingdom Table will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any mandatory legal requirements.
